A high-quality extension to urbanest City
urbanest is bringing forward proposals to redevelop 11–13 Crosswall, adding to urbanest City, our successful student building which opened in 2021, won City Building of the Year 2022, and contains the City Wall at Vine Street Exhibition, rent free incubator office and Muro office building.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to feedback their views on our proposals. We are now considering all the feedback received as we prepare to submit a planning application.

OUR PROPOSAL
Delivering high-quality student beds, including affordable
An opportunity to improve public spaces through widened pavements, new landscaping, art and wayfinding to direct the public to our existing City Wall at Vine Street Exhibition
Connecting to our existing building, complementing the aesthetic and design and improving the offering for students and incubator tenants
Installing new Air Source Heat Pumps at roof level, enabling the future decarbonisation of both the new and existing student accommodation
Working alongside the City of London’s Fenchurch Street area healthy streets plan to deliver cohesive improvements
Additional incubator space for graduates, creatives and SMEs looking to invest and grow in the City
